The Training and Guidance area manages and implements activities, services and projects aimed at enhancing young people employability through different actions: education and training, support to school and professional choices, support to the entry in the labour market.

The area is made of two different sectors:

- information and guidance

- work placements

The first sector offers both an information and a guidance service for young people, families and all those organizations providing education.

The information service researches, selects and spreads information concerning youth topics i.e. school and vocational training, labour market, social life, free time and international mobility.

The guidance service aims at promoting the building of a critical capability among young people. This will help them facing the choices of life and taking conscious decisions in line with their qualities, interests and needs

The work placement sector promotes and manages internships aimed at deepening, verifying and widening the knowledge acquired during the studies. At the same time it wants to facilitate professional choices through a direct experience in the world of work.

Trainings address both young Italian people willing to make an internship abroad and young European people who want to experience a work placement in Italy. These professional experiences are brought forward not only in the framework of European programmes, but also outside funded projects.

Under Article 18 of Law 196 of 24 June 1997, Tempo Libero Soc. Sociale ONLUS is promoting body and as such shall bear the activation procedures and implementation of training in accordance with local regulations.
